Here is exactly how you get paid

  1. Click. Your link drops a signed attribution cookie + logs a server-side record.
  2. Trial. Referral signs up. You earn nothing yet — trials are not coerced conversions.
  3. Annual payment captures. After the trial, explicit consent + payment. Your commission goes pending.
  4. 30-day hold. The chargeback window runs. Commission moves to approved if nothing goes wrong.
  5. Monthly payout. First business day of every month, our operator pays the approved batch by ACH (US) or PayPal (international). W-9 (US) or W-8 (non-US) collected before your YTD earnings reach $600.

Who is eligible?

Currently enrolled students (18+) at universities, 4-year colleges, community colleges, graduate and professional schools, trade & technical institutes, nursing schools, allied health programs, adult certification programs, and accredited bootcamps. We do not accept K-12 students or applicants under 18.

How much can I earn?

20% of each qualifying annual subscription. $16 per Student-annual ($79.99/yr) · $20 per Pro-annual ($99.99/yr). The $160–$200 / $640–$800 figures elsewhere on this page are illustrative arithmetic (10 or 40 referrals × per-plan commission), not projections, averages, or guarantees. Most ambassadors earn $0–$50 in their first month; results depend entirely on your audience size, vertical, channel mix, and how consistently you post compliant content. ExamPilot makes no income claim or guarantee.

Why annual only?

Monthly subscriptions churn; paying commission on them would force us to either shave your rate or claw back aggressively. Annual plans retain, so a 20% flat rate actually holds.

When do I get paid?

Monthly. Each conversion waits through a 30-day chargeback-safety hold (industry standard), then lands in your next payout batch. A conversion on May 3 pays out on July 1.

What disqualifies me?

Self-referral, family-card fraud, disposable emails, paid Google ads on the ExamPilot brand, cold-DMing strangers, outreach to K-12 or minors, missing the FTC disclosure on posts (we provide templates). Automatic suspension + forfeit of unpaid commissions.

Do I need followers?

No. Most top performers are nursing students with a pinned message in their cohort GroupMe. Your reputation in your program is worth more than any TikTok following.

Your cohort is going to pass anyway.
