3. Account Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.

  • You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
  • You must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

4. Subscription and Billing

  • Free tier — provides limited access to ExamPilot features at no cost.
  • Paid tiers — unlock additional features and content. Pricing details are available on our Pricing page.
  • Exam-specific tiers — some plans are tied to specific exam dates and will auto-cancel after the exam period ends.
  • Payments are processed securely through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorise recurring charges until you cancel.
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access continues until the end of your current billing period.
  • Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us if you believe you are entitled to a refund.

All study materials on ExamPilot are generated by artificial intelligence. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content may contain errors, inaccuracies, or outdated information. 6. Intellectual Property

The ExamPilot name, logo, design, and underlying technology are owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. AI-generated study content is provided for your personal, non-commercial educational use. You may not reproduce, distribute, or sell ExamPilot content without our written permission.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use ExamPilot for any unlawful purpose.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or disrupt the platform.
  • Share your account credentials with others.
  • Scrape, copy, or redistribute content from the platform.
  • Use automated tools to access the service (bots, scrapers, etc.).
  • Upload harmful, offensive, or misleading content.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ExamPilot and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

You may also delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to access the platform ceases immediately, though certain provisions of these terms (such as limitation of liability) will survive.
